Diversity and Inclusion in Supply Chain Talent Strategies – Call to Action

This session is focused on Talent Strategies in Supply Chain Management touching on topics such as creating role models for upcoming talent, what senior leaders can do to foster career progression in women, how to create a structure for work-life harmony and unique needs of the Millennials especially millennial mums / women and to gather perspectives of male colleagues about women in supply chain. This will be a conversation style session where the panelists share their personal stories about their inspirations, challenges they faced and success stories.” This session is put together for all executive level leaders and the upcoming talent to join in and discuss around the specific actions companies, universities and professional associations should take to help improve the gender balance in supply chain in the coming years; including ideas on mentoring, recruiting, job design, cultural awareness and anything else that might help young talent, specifically women, entering the field to thrive.
