Jeff McDonald is Executive Vice President of NNR Global Logistics USA Inc, a top 20 rated global logistics solutions provider headquartered in Japan. As EVP based in Chicago, Jeff is currently leading the corporate operations team which includes Finance, HR, Accounting, IT, Compliance, Procurement and Marketing and Administration.
Prior to this role in Chicago, Jeff held numerous commercial roles with NNR in Asia. In Sydney, Australia, he was responsible for Trade Development of the Australia/New Zealand region. As NNR entered China in 2002, Jeff relocated to Shanghai to drive development of the newly formed Joint Venture and expand NNR’s reach throughout Greater China.
While based in China, Jeff also took on APAC Regional Roles as Global Accounts Manager and Director of Global Sales. From there, Jeff relocated to Singapore to head up NNR’s APAC Commercial activities for several years before returning to the United States in his current role.
Jeff has his BS from Miami University – Oxford, Ohio. A minor in Japanese led him to attend Kansai Gaidai University in Japan on an exchange program during his undergraduate studies.
Jeff completed the Global Executive MBA Program (GEMBA) jointly offered by the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California and the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
