Morgan has extensive global experience in the field of Supply Chain & Operations, both as an industry leader/practitioner and as a consultant. Currently a principal at Ernst & Young in the Advisory Services/Supply Chain practice, Morgan’s knowledge spans the value chain with particular depths in manufacturing and distribution. Morgan’s industry experience includes VP Food Manufacturing/ Plant Manager and other senior leadership positions in Distribution, and Customer Experience. His consulting experience includes years of expertise in Procter & Gamble’s world class manufacturing methodology (IWS – Integrated Work Systems which is composed of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and High Performing Work Systems), where as part of an EY/P&G alliance that licenses P&G’s manufacturing “know-how” externally to clients, he has led global deployments and integration into client cultures across manufacturing operations in North America, South America, and Asia.  Morgan also co-leads the design and development of EY’s digital manufacturing solution – Smart Factory.
