Ravi Chowdary is the Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations at The Bouqs Company, an industry leader in the online floral space committed to providing fresh flowers from ecofriendly, sustainable farms across the globe. In his role, he oversees the brand’s supply chain strategy and operations as well as farm, florist, and partner relationships.
The Bouqs Company was founded in late 2012 to radically disrupt the $100B global floral industry. Headquartered in Venice, CA, The Bouqs Company connects farms and a curated network of artisan florists directly to consumers, and disrupts the traditional supply chain by eliminating overhead costs like warehouses, importers, distributors, auctioneers and more. In turn, this model enables a superior product and redefines the experience and economics for both consumers and producers alike.
Prior to joining The Bouqs Company, Ravi served as VP of Global Operations at TOMS Shoes LLC, where he led global supply chain planning and production operations for Commercial and Giving products across multiple geographies, and channels. Other responsibilities included digital channel strategy, international sales operations and logistics, procurement, and the strategic planning function.
Additionally, Ravi spent significant time in management consulting, most recently as a leader in the Strategy & Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting LLP. He successfully delivered complex global engagements for consumer products, retail, technology and telecommunications clients in areas ranging from supply chain strategy to mergers and acquisitions.
Ravi earned both a B.S. in Operations Management and master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University, and currently lives in Los Angeles with his family.
