Amy Forte has served in a variety of leadership roles helping Toyota develop its multi-billion dollar service parts and accessories supply chain to be among the most efficient in the world. Servicing over 1400 Toyota and Lexus dealers in the U.S., the supply chain also supports export destinations for Toyota’s North American-built cars and trucks worldwide.
In her current role, Amy oversees financial and strategic plan development for the service parts and accessories business as the company looks ahead to continued growth and global supply chain expansion. She also leads the organizational transition of the Service Parts & Accessories division as the company undertakes its historic transformation to “One Toyota” at its new headquarters in Plano, TX.
Amy has grown her career through leadership roles in accessory procurement, logistics operations and planning, organizational development, environmental health and safety, and systems planning. She has been a visionary in developing several of the company’s key supply chain management tools such as a logistics data warehouse, an automated accessories forecasting system, and a workplace safety/ergonomics program.
Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Economics at the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from California State University, Long Beach. She lives in Palos Verdes Estates with her husband and 3 children.
