As a Principal at EY, I bring over twenty-five years of consulting leadership, client service expertise, industry insight, and IT knowledge to my clients in the technology, media and public sectors.
Prior to joining EY, I was the Managing Director at IBM responsible for global revenue, profit, investment, and customer satisfaction. I was also the company’s Delivery Excellence Leader for IBM’s Business Consulting Services division, where I led initiatives to improve delivery quality, profitability, and risk management within the Americas.
My varied career allows me to bring a 360 degree perspective to my clients, and I believe that cultivating a broad set of business skills is integral to my client’s success. I began my career as a Systems Analyst for the Department of the Navy. In 1990, I joined another Big Four firm to provide system implementation services for the State and Federal clients. I’ve served as a Technical Architect and Project Manager implementing systems for Civil and Criminal Courts Divisions of the County of Milwaukee and Alameda County. In 1995, I was appointed to lead efforts to open the West Business Unit Solution Delivery Center in California until 2002, when its Management Consulting Services division was acquired by IBM.
