Erika is the Supply Chain Director accountable for General Mills’ dairy platform (Yoplait, Liberté, Annie’s, and Mountain High brands). Erika has worked for 22 years at General Mills, first in the Quality and Regulatory organization before moving into Supply Chain manufacturing. She has spent time working at six different manufacturing locations across a variety of product platforms supplying both retail and industrial customers. Her most recent assignment was leading the supply chain organization for the international Häagen-Dazs ice cream brand. Erika is a board member with The Food Group, a non-profit hunger solution organization. Erika lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management and Iowa State University.
