Alessandra De Sousa leads Taco Bell International’s Supply Chain, overseeing multiple different categories—including food, equipment and furniture. With Taco Bell’s aggressive global growth plans, her primary focus isto support International Franchisees build a profitable business model. In addition, Alessandra leads multiple new market entry initiatives, establishing a supply chain strategy and plan for new countries in South America and SOPAC. Alessandra has a breadth of global experience in the food industry—spanning Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain—in the US, Brazil, South Africa, and Europe. She enjoys coaching the next generation of Supply Chain leaders and helping them make the right decisions in complex, ever-changing environments. Alessandra also enjoys spending time on the beach and traveling to new places with her 2 kids and husband.
