Biography

Amy Altomare has 16 years of experience in the service industry in roles ranging from project management, operations management, and process improvement. Currently, Amy is working with the City of Hope as the Program Director for Clinical Quality, Strategy, and Optimization. She is also an instructor at the University of Southern California Center for Global Supply Chain Management teaching both green belt and black belt level lean six sigma certificate courses. Throughout her career, Amy has focused on providing excellent customer service to clients/customers by producing innovative, team-driven solutions while developing staff and managers to grow and advance. Amy has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through American Society of Quality, and is pursuing a doctorate in the EdD Organizational Change and Leadership program at USC Rossier School of Education.
