Andre has over 25 years of progressively successful professional experience, including several years as a combat decorated Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
As the Managing Partner for BridgePort Group LLC, Andre directs and lead a team of exceptionally qualified professionals in delivering supply chain logistics business operations and agile project management solutions to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and their suppliers. BridgePort’s services include importing of industrial materials, leading agile software application development, integration of logistics technology for process improvement, implementation of quality systems, and managing warehousing and distribution operations. Using his experience in global business, Andre re-engineers business operations using data driven methodologies to assess international markets and related geo-political policies, strategically source suppliers worldwide, and create financial models to maximize revenues and minimize costs associated with managing global supply chains. Through BridgePort’s technology division, BridgePort Digital, Andre helped design the DDP Model which uses a DevSecOps approach to ensure maximum uptime in production while minimizing supply chain disruption risks. Holding multiple certifications, Andre is an Authorized Training Provider of PMI, Scrum Alliance, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, ISO, ASQ, ASCM, SEMS, and MSSC. Through his knowledge of complex business models and his technical expertise, Andre has coached countless executives and leaders across multiple industries to deliver impactful outcomes and sustainable results.
