Biography

Caroline Brown is a Senior Relationship Manager in the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Office of the Global Commercial Banking Group.  She joined Bank of America in 2013 as Director of Global Trade & Supply Chain Solutions.  She has over 30 years of combined experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on commercial banking. In Caroline’s current role, she is responsible for providing financing and treasury management solutions to middle market businesses with revenues from $50 million to $2 billion.  Over the course of her career, Caroline has held various leadership and executive roles at financial institutions including Comerica Bank, Bank of the West and City National Bank.  She served as the former Acting Director of the California Export Finance and Export Development Offices, responsible for the generation of loan guarantees and management of foreign and domestic trade shows.

Caroline is passionate about her family and the communities she serves.  As a Southern California native, Caroline is committed to making positive contributions to the Greater Los Angeles Community where she and her husband raised their two sons. She is a member of the USC Alumni Association, board member of the Pacific Coast Regional Regional Development Corporation, member of the Executive Board of Alpha Kappa Alpha’s Mu lambda Omega Chapter as Fund Development Chair and member of the Far West Regional Development Committee.

Caroline holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and also holds SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
