Over her 20-year career, she has led initiatives to develop geographically centric business solutions across multiple industries, including retail, real estate, manufacturing, and logistics. In her role as a GIS leader at Kohler Company, a leading multinational company in the manufacturing and hospitality sectors, she led a team that provided critical insights and tools for management to support decisions in market development, expansion planning, asset management, global sales and marketing, and supply chain management. Most recently, Nikki served as a consultant to the World Health Organization, supporting the launch of their GIS Centre for Health.
