Penny Register Shaw has been a leader in supply chain for over 30 years. Her passion is to design and implement sustainable supply chain strategies regardless of the complexities involved. As the chief strategy officer at FedEx Logistics, she conceived and executed a ten-year global expansion of air and ocean forwarding capabilities that complemented the international express air delivery network. At Amazon, she led the last mile delivery program with the customer obsession that is a hallmark of the brand. Before joining Advatix in early 2024, she was head of urban delivery for Walmart/Jet. com and has served as an advisor to a number of start-ups including Quiet Platforms, Pandion and The Frontdoor Collective. For her, transportation and logistics is much less about moving an object from point A to point B, but about effective communication and global access.
