Biography

Regenia is an executive with over 20 years of business transformation, management consulting and information technology (IT) experience for Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries, including Communications & High Tech, Public Service, Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, and Utilities. With functional expertise in supply chain management, she has delivered multi-million dollar projects with key emphasis on business and supply chain strategy, program management & delivery of both global and large scale domestic enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, such as SAP, as well as best in breed software solutions. She has also led business development and strategy assessments across all levels of the business from middle management to the C-Suite to drive efficiency through business process change resulting in savings through the implementation of technology solutions with upward savings of $10M annually.

She is a strong communicator with unique combination of business & IT experience and the innate ability to break down complex concepts to wider, non-technical audiences and build strong client relationships. During her career, she has led business development and delivery efforts totaling over $50M and managed multi-year, cross-functional and geographically dispersed project teams. She is proficient leading all phases a project lifecycle from concept to delivery and managing Project Management Organizations (PMOs) responsible for people, process and technology governance.
