Mr. Tom Kruse is currently Global Head of Supply Chain Collaboration at Corning. In this capacity he manages the global Supply Chain Collaboration and Consortiums function at Corning’s Global Supply Chain Management organization. Mr. Kruse has over 20 years of strategic procurement and supply chain management experience in high-tech, manufacturing, and service environments. He has lived and worked in three geographies, has a long track record of establishing greenfield Procurement organizations, and developing and implementing Procurement transformation strategies. He is based in Singapore at one of Corning’s three global sourcing centers. Prior to joining Corning in January 2017, Mr. Kruse was Head of Supply Chain Management & Procurement, Asia Pacific at JLL where he established a new regional Procurement function at JLL’s Project Management & Construction Management business unit. His previous roles were at Barclays where he was Global Head of Mail & Logistics sourcing; and prior to that he spent nine years at Deutsche Post DHL in a variety of senior Supply Chain & Procurement roles in the US, Germany, Shanghai and Singapore. Mr. Kruse holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandon University in Canada.
