Rob has been with Diageo for more than 21 years. He has held several positions in Finance and is currently the Director of Financial Services for North America. Prior to Diageo, Rob worked in Finance at Elizabeth Arden (when it was part of Unilever) and Xerox Corporation.
In his current role at Diageo, Rob is responsible for each Diageo North America business including the Spirits, Beer, and Supply for the U.S and Canada. Rob’s teams are located in the U.S., Budapest Hungary, and Bangalore India. Some of the team’s responsibilities include Credit, Collection, Deduction resolution, Cash Clearing, Source to Pay, Treasury, and Compliance responsibilities. A key focus area is to identify process gaps and resolve them through automation or re-engineering.
Rob has been a member of the Distillers Importers and Vintners Credit Management Association for many years. Rob has been a board member of the Federation of Credit and Financial Professionals.
Throughout most of Rob’s career, he had similar areas of responsibility within Finance and Treasury that were categorized as Financial Services.
