Biography

Raziel Bravo has 25 years of experience in diverse roles in Marketing, Sales & Account Management, Solutions, Implementation, Performance Management, Operations, Trade Lane Management, and Product Management. She joined GEODIS in 2010 with prior experience with other Logistics Service Providers such as DHL Global Forwarding and Bax Global. Her current role enables her to develop, initiate and oversee strategic initiatives, leverage organizational capabilities to meet regional goals, as well as execution of global initiatives. Her vast employment history complements her aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry by completing her doctoral studies at Georgia State University in 2023. She completed her MBA specializing in Marketing and earned a double major in Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Philippines, where she was born and raised. She is a proponent of continuous education and earned multiple certifications, including Global Logistics Certification at California State University, Strategy Certification from Harvard Business School and a Master Teaching Certification from Georgia State University. She is a member of the Georgia State University Logistics and Supply Chain Round Table, CSCMP, and other organizations. As a research practitioner, her publication in the Journal of Theoretical and Applied eCommerce Research (https://www.mdpi.com/0718-1876/17/2/28) inspired her to establish MMBravo Inc., a non-profit organization helping small businesses manage their supply chain.
