Chris Poole is the Managing Vice President leading the Supply Chain Planning and Customer Fulfillment team. The Planning team focuses on overall research coverage in demand and supply planning and within that their execution through Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Specifically, the team provides research and advice on planning maturity, process discipline, metrics and organization. The Supply Chain Customer Fulfillment team provides research and advice on customer service experience, proposition, segmentation, metrics, order to cash process and organization, joint value creation between suppliers and customers through supply chain collaboration, and omni -channel supply chain customer service for retailers and consumer products companies. Mr. Poole himself focuses on customer service, hierarchy of metrics and the supply chain of the future.
