Mr. López is a recognized thought leader around trends associated with the future workforce, future work environment and the future of employee experience. As the EY leader for the Future Work Now offering, he leads a team of consulting practitioners from across countries and industry sectors to help clients navigate the transition to operating in the disruptive digital economy. Mr. López is an accomplished strategist and ‘intrapreneur’, having led new product and business creation in both consulting and industry environments. Prior to joining EY, he spent two years as the Director for Innovation & Strategy at Smiths Interconnect; preceded by 13 years at Booz Allen Hamilton. He spent the first four years of his career as a intelligence analyst with the Department of Defense.
