Jena is an experienced Supply Chain professional at Frito-Lay PepsiCo, specializing in manufacturing operations and optimization. She is a program leader for Digital Value Chain, a PepsiCo global pilot initiative to modernize production facilities by implementing technologies that improve efficiency, drive food safety, and enhance total plant performance.

Jena joined Frito-Lay in 2012 at the Killingly, CT manufacturing site. She has held various roles including Project Leader, Warehouse Department Manager, and Quality Food Safety Manager, all of which have contributed to a diverse background in supply chain optimization, ranging from obsolescence management and systems commissioning to regulatory compliance.

Jena is an avid traveler and when not on the road, enjoys attending concerts, interior design and gardening.
