Joel Cain is EY’s U.S. Supply Chain Technology Sector lead. He focuses on supply chain transformation, bringing innovative, outcome-centered approaches to significantly elevate and accelerate operational performance.
For the past 20 years, Joel has managed strategic initiatives and assisted operations teams from Series A start-up to Fortune 50 multinational corporations. His background spans the end-to-end supply chain including sales & operations planning, demand planning, production planning, inventory management, capacity planning, procurement, supplier relationship management, cost management & analytics, strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, product portfolio optimization, organizational transformation, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining EY, Joel worked for Alcatel, Lucent, nthOrbit (a Sequoia company), Nortel, Bay Networks, Ford Motor, Raychem, and Lockheed. Joel holds a Bachelors degree from Stanford University and Masters degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
