Deborah Dull is a Program Officer on supply chain systems, especially on process excellence, digital integration, and financial management for supply chain. Deborah works across the foundation and partner organizations on supply chain challenges and innovations for public health.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2015, Deborah held several positions in the Microsoft supply chain. She built and geo-expanded the Microsoft Retail Stores supply chains which acted as the exclusive channel for the global Surface launch. Experiences in these roles, as well as Channel Operations for the EMEA digital supply chain and UK retail markets, highlighted the importance of the customer voice. As the role of digital in the supply chain and the customer experience continued to emerge as an important theme, Deborah completed her Master’s thesis on the Digital Supply Chain and delivery of digital content. She adapts her experience in incubation, launch, and digital integration in her current role, where supply chain constraints are vast and varying, and the fundamentals of supply chain hold true.

She has a BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Operations Management from Western Washington University and an MSc in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of Liverpool.
