Biography

Geoff Gallipeau leads Bank of America’s (“BofA”) Global Trade and Supply Chain Finance sales efforts in Canada. In this role, Geoff is responsible for coverage of all indigenous Canadian Large Corporate, Commercial and Subsidiary clients of the bank across all industries. Geoff’s primary focus in Canada over the past five years at BofA has been advising CFO’s and Treasurers around working capital optimization, risk mitigation, as well as industry and product relevant macro trends.

Geoff’s banking career spans 10+ years across a variety of progressively more senior, client-facing roles. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2016, Geoff served as a Trade Sales Lead within the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s (“CIBC”) Global Banking and Trade group. In this role, Geoff was integral in building and re-launching CIBC’s Trade sales coverage of Large Corporates both in Canada and internationally. Geoff was responsible for covering CIBC’s indigenous Canadian Large Corporate clients across all industries. Geoff’s product sales focus was primarily within the Receivables Finance and Traditional Trade Finance space. Prior to joining CIBC, Geoff held several progressive roles within TD Bank Group within the Retail, Operations and Middle Office divisions.

Geoff is a Canadian citizen and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He graduated with Honours from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce.
