Jannie has worked in the logistics business for more than 23 years and previously held leadership positions in the area of international logistics in Middle East Africa, Europe, and Americas, such as SVP, Head of Air Freight for the Americas DHL Global Forwarding with a dual responsibility covering the USA jointly. Prior to his regional responsibilities, Jannie served as Vice President of Air Freight Product Development and Implementation at DHL Global Forwarding’s global headquarters office in Germany. In order to strengthen the Emirates SkyCargo presence in the Americas, the position of Vice President Cargo Americas was established, a position that he has eagerly acquired for the past year and half. In his role, he has been successful at triggering new commercial strategies and activities to further enhance the SkyCargo presence in the region.
