Jeff Kellan joined Maersk in February of 2019 as the Head of Supply Chain Services, North America. In that role, Jeff was responsible for driving growth and developing inland logistics and services strategies and capabilities. Spearheading Maersk’s merger and acquisition of Performance Team in 2020 was a key element to the expansion of logistics capabilities in North America.
As part of M&A integration, Jeff transitioned to Senior Vice President of Operations. He now works closely with customers to develop winning strategies that foster integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions, while fostering operational excellence in the Maersk-Performance Team logistics network.
Jeff has 25+ years of industry experience covering a broad range of supply chain segments including e-commerce fulfillment, deconsolidation, distribution, international transportation, and overall supply chain strategy. Prior to joining Maersk, he was with XPO Logistics serving as Senior Vice President of Operations. He started his career as a warehousing hourly team member and advanced to hold various supply chain leadership roles for US and global brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Linens N Things, Kohl’s Department Stores, and Toys ‘R’ Us.
Jeff graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Economics and has an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
