Jimmy Fitzpatrick serves as the Group Director at Ryder, Technology & Healthcare. He specializes in growth in turnaround results using Lean methodology with $100 million freight under management and $4 billion goods shipped per year.

He is responsible for the global operations of 3 million square feet of distribution and manufacturing sites spanning across Singapore, Canada, and the United States. He has more than 20 years of operations, supply chain, and automotive industry transformation experience.

In 2013, he was awarded the Shingo Medal, as a Lean leader maturing his organization on the journey with primary focus on tools and systems for improvement. He led the multi-culture Lean methodology implementation in the United States Belgium, China and Italy. He received the Harris Lean Systems certification in Making Merchandise Flow, Creating Continuous Flow, and Level Scheduling.

Jimmy holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Michigan.
