Michael Patton started Fetch Package in 2016 after experiencing firsthand just how ill-equipped many apartment buildings are to handle the growing volume of e-commerce deliveries. He charges large buildings a monthly fee to handle the delivery. When shopping online, customers have their packages sent to the nearest Fetch warehouse, rather than their own address. The company processes the shipments and notifies customers when their packages are ready so that they can arrange a convenient delivery time. Fetch operates in 15 cities, including Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, and Phoenix. With $14 million in funding from Signal Peak Ventures, Silverton Partners, and others, Fetch expects revenue of $13 million in 2020.
