Nick is a founding partner of Procura Inventory Management, which is a company dedicated to offering corporate clients inventory management solutions designed to liberate working capital and optimize the procurement and consumption of inventory.
Nick has over 20 years of experience structuring, marketing, and executing financial transactions including structured credit, debt, and receivable purchases. He started his career in the late 1990s at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank. He moved to Zurich Capital Markets and then to Dresdner Bank/Commerzbank where he was a Managing Director and ran Structured Capital Markets in North America. In 2015 Nick moved to MUFG as a Managing Director prior to Procura.
Nick has an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Said Business School, a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law (cum laude, Law Review), and a BA from the University of California at Berkeley (magna cum laude).
