Raziel Bravo has 25 years of experience in diverse roles in Marketing, Sales & Account Management, Solutions, Implementation, Performance Management, Operations, Trade Lane Management, and Product & Process Development in the supply chain management industry. She joined GEODIS in 2010 after working for other multinational organizations in the industry. Her background is a critical component of her role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Management. Her functions include initiating and developing actionable initiatives to optimize organizational performance based on external conditions and market forecasts. It also complements her goal of completing her doctoral studies at Georgia State University in 2023. Before this, she completed her MBA specializing in Marketing and earned a double major in Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Philippines, where she was born and raised. After moving to the US 15 years ago, she earned a Global Logistics Certification at California State University. As a typical homebody, she enjoys cooking and baking and practices yoga and Pilates between research and writing. Travel is a significant part of her work and leisure. It allowed her to make new connections, learn about other cultures and keep in contact with family and friends worldwide, which she considers the best part of working in a global industry. She advocates for diversity and women empowerment in the industry and beyond.
