Robert Uyekawa is the Principal and Lean Consultant with Effective Partnerships, Inc. For the the past 10 years he has provided training and implementation of lean systems in the aerospace, biotechnology, construction, energy, food manufacturing and mining industries.

He has trained in Japan and the U.S. the Toyota Production System for 13 years. His focus is on improving supply chains by developing people and optimizing processes without capital expenditures. Effective Partnerships provides assessments of corporate operational excellence program.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University of Pomona.
