He has also lead a team of 8+ functional managers and implemented ISO 22000 system at a pilot manufacturing facility, two months ahead of projected schedule. He implemented the supply chain model of “Bulk to Case Program” – the first of its kind in the industry (capital investment $20M) and reduced days of inventory from 100 days to 80 days. He has created an inventory management process that improved Excess & Obsolete (E&O) tracking for x86 servers, and helped reduce E&O as a % of Revenue from 3.4% to 0.1% within 12 months.
