Seema has built a 20+ year career in end-to-end Supply Chain Operations, contributing to start-up and enterprise-scale organizations alike, with a focus on the high tech, and now retail space. She is well-experienced in driving supply chain capability and efficiency to align with business and customer priorities – whether building, scaling, optimizing, or transforming.
She started at HP (Hewlett-Packard), transforming its massive supply chain for laptops and printers, then joined Tesla to help scale up operations for the popular Model 3. After, she joined unicorn startup Bird Rides, as Head of Supply Chain, speedily deploying electric scooters to advance environmentally-friendly transportation.
She then expanded her repertoire to client-facing work at Gartner, advising Fortune 100 clients on their top supply chain priorities. Seema just recently joined Amazon, focusing on supply chain automation on an immense scale to deliver the best customer experience.
Seema is passionate about challenging oneself, for greater growth, confidence, and contribution. She has appreciated guest lecturing at UCI’s Merage School of Business. Seema has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering, from Stanford University. And lives locally in Los Angeles with her family.
