In 2013 Troy co-founded Lanetix, a CRM & Workflow SaaS solution for the transportation & logistics industry. He currently servers as Lanetix’s CTO & VP Engineering.

Prior to co-founding Lanetix, Troy served as Vice President, Engineering at NGP VAN. In his role, Troy leads the engineering teams in charge of building the next generation of political campaign technology that helped lead President Obama and other progressive candidates to victory in 2008 and 2012.

Prior to NGP VAN, Troy led the US development team for Eloqua – which he ultimately took through an IPO and acquisition by Oracle.

Before Eloqua Troy spent time working on insurance & financial systems, consulting for The World Bank, and helped take Netran to a successful acquisition by Hobart.
