Dustin Pavon is Director of Supply Chain at Parker Manufacturing Group, where he architects and oversees end-to-end supply chain operations across three manufacturing facilities — encompassing procurement and supplier strategy, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and information systems. He has spearheaded complex M&A integration initiatives, consolidating multi-site operations under a unified supply chain framework to drive efficiency and scalability. Prior to Parker, Dustin built industry expertise across global freight and logistics at Flexport and distribution operations at Bisco Industries. He holds a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from USC Marshall and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Mathematics from the University of Redlands.
