With over 26 years of experience, I currently serve as the Chief Technology Officer of Amazon Canada, where I lead transformative initiatives across retail, supply chain, e-commerce, operations, and advanced AI & ML technologies. My work emphasizes digitization, privacy technology adherence as a Privacy Bar Raiser, and ensuring feature parity with the US across products and services. My responsibilities also include end-to-end technology, science, and analytics transformation, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer experience across Amazon Canada.
