Bhavin Jindal

Bhavin Jindal is a Senior Manager at Amazon Freight, where he oversees operations responsible for 23% of Amazon's national Less-than-Truckload (LTL) throughput, generating approximately $285 million in annual revenue. With nine years of experience within Amazon’s logistics network, he specializes in identifying operational gaps and building tools to solve them.

Bhavin believes most freight operations fail not due to bad technology or carriers, but because the right information doesn’t reach the right person at the right time. He has built his career on closing this gap. His initiatives have led to significant results, including reducing logistics costs by $14 million through a visibility project and generating $47 million in new annual revenue by expanding LTL services.

Currently, he is focused on building AI tools that transform performance data into actionable signals for operations leaders. Before his time at Amazon, Bhavin served as a Councilmember for the City of Loma Linda, where he managed a $50 million municipal budget and led infrastructure and economic development projects.
