Christophe Kolb is the Founder & CEO of Taller, an organization that helps businesses move AI from impressive demos to reliable, large-scale deployment.

His focus is on building what he calls “centaur workforces”: hybrid teams where human specialists provide judgment, creativity, and accountability, while AI agents execute structured, repeatable, data-intensive tasks. Christophe believes this approach is a practical way to redesign how organizations create, deliver, and capture value, with governance and trusted oversight built in.

Under his leadership, Taller launched Echo, an AI platform for staffing and solutions firms. Echo unifies CRM and ATS data and uses AI agents to run end-to-end workflows across sales, solution design, and sourcing, turning early signals into measurable outcomes.

Christophe has spent his career at the frontiers of advanced technology—including neural networks, decentralized systems, and quantum computing—within the real-world constraints of industry. He has advised and built with leaders across fintech, retail, healthcare, energy, luxury goods, and software.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computation & Neural Systems from Caltech and a degree in Physics & Philosophy from Oxford. Christophe is also the co-author of Cognitive Kin: How to Work, Win, and Make Meaning with Agentic AI (Simon & Schuster, March 2026).
