Dr. Sue Sundar

Director, Operations & Supply Chain Program / David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah

Dr. Sue Sundar is a Professor and the Director of the Operations & Supply Chain program at the Eccles School of Business at University of Utah. Besides teaching undergraduate and graduate MBA/MHA students, she oversees several Capstone projects with top U.S. companies that have operations within Utah. Dr. Sundar also serves as a preceptor in the award-winning MBC (Master of Business Creation) program. She also serves as an Academic Scholar at the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures, Cornell University. She is a recipient of several prestigious teaching and mentor awards at the University of Utah. In 2023, Dr. Sundar was honored as one of Utah’s 40 Women Over 40 and was recently appointed as a Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Fellow.
