Paul Laskow is a supply chain executive with over a decade of leadership experience spanning transportation strategy, logistics innovation, and operational transformation. As Head of Transportation at The RealReal—the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated luxury goods—Paul oversees all forward, reverse, and intra-company logistics. He is currently driving a multi-year supply chain transformation focused on fulfillment network consolidation, technology enablement, and carrier diversification.

Prior to The RealReal, Paul led logistics at Rent the Runway, where he built the company’s transportation function and pioneered same-day and retail delivery programs for its high-velocity circular supply chain. His work has consistently centered on building resilient, customer-centric logistics networks that scale with innovation and operational discipline.

Paul began his career as a corporate attorney and holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. He brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to supply chain strategy, drawing from operational, legal, and entrepreneurial experience to navigate emerging challenges in the logistics landscape.
