Stefan is President of Aviation Ventures at UP.Labs, where he works with strategic partners to identify high-value problems, shape AI-native businesses around them, and take them from concept to first customer. His role spans the full 0→1 arc: problem discovery, business design, prototyping, team formation, founder hiring, and converting the strategic partner into the first real customer.

Before UP.Labs, he co-founded and sold Zunos, then joined Bigtincan and helped scale product from $10M to $100M+ ARR across 500 enterprise customers, 2,000+ deployments, and more than 2M end users. Along the way he led M&A diligence and integration, and started driving the company’s AI strategy in 2022, well ahead of the market shift that followed.
